Senior Care in Commercial Point, Ohio

One of central Ohio's fastest-growing villages, just south of the Franklin County line in Pickaway County.

Commercial Point is a small village in northern Pickaway County, close enough to the Franklin County line and Rickenbacker International Airport that it's increasingly caught up in the same logistics and residential growth reshaping Groveport and Obetz to the north. It's grown quickly: the 2020 census counted 3,078 residents, and recent estimates put the village above 3,600, making it one of the fastest-growing villages in this part of Ohio. It's part of the Teays Valley school district, shared with nearby Ashville.

The closest option we've verified is Pickaway Manor in Circleville, roughly a 20-minute drive south, offering assisted living, skilled nursing and long-term care, rehabilitation, and respite care. Countywide, the Pickaway Senior Center in Circleville provides meals, transportation, and in-home support to Commercial Point residents regardless of where a licensed community sits.
