Johnstown sits in northwestern Licking County, close enough to the Delaware and Franklin county lines that it's increasingly discussed alongside New Albany as part of the same growth corridor — Intel's new chip manufacturing campus, under construction just southwest in Licking and Franklin counties, has brought new attention and development pressure to this part of the county.
